Designed with members of law enforcement, the Voodoo Tactical High Mobility Plate Carrier is designed for rapid deployment with two quick release adjustable shoulder straps. Holds standard ballistic plates (not included in sale). Great for law enforcement personnel to keep in their vehicles for use when a high risk situation develops. This item does not provide ballistic protection. It is simply a plate carrier. You must add your own plates.
